Services Offered

Platinum Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services:

We act as an intermediary and service facilitator. Final decisions on visas, immigration, and airline operations rest with the relevant government authorities and airlines.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment or full payment, as required.
  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of inquiry and may be subject to change based on airline fares, exchange rates, and government fees.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation as required for their service.
  • Platinum Travels & Tours is not liable for delays or rejections arising from incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent documents submitted by the client.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure all travel documents (passport, CNIC, etc.) are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country.
  • Clients are responsible for arriving at airports and offices on time as per communicated schedules.
  • Medical fitness for travel, including vaccination requirements, is the sole responsibility of the client.
  • For Umrah travel, clients must adhere to Saudi government and Ministry of Hajj requirements, including polio vaccination at least 28 days prior to travel.

Limitation of Liability

Platinum Travels & Tours shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa rejections by any embassy or consulate
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Hotel changes by operators due to availability or force majeure
  • Any losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or government policy changes

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Platinum Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
