For Pakistani nationals, an E-visa can only be applied if applicant has a valid invitation from Kazakhstan. To apply this kind of visa, applicant must have an invitation number, provided by the Kazakh side.
E-visa mut be in printed form, to present concerned authorities of Kazakhstan on arrival.
