How to Apply for a China Business Visa
Fill Online Visa Form and Book an Appointment.
Gather the below-mentioned documents/paperwork, then appear at the embassy or drop box for the interview.
Submission of Visa Fee.
Original Passport with 09 Months validity (from the expected date of traveling) with Previous Passports ( If any). If lost, then an FIR copy is required.
CNIC of the applicant with FRC (Family Registration Certificate).
02 Passport-size photographs with white background.
Invitation letter, issued by Chinese Company (Trade Partner) with necessary company details.
Visa request letter on company’s letterhead with NTN certificate.
Membership certificate issued by Chamber of Commerce.
Account maintenance certificate (attested and verified).
06 Months bank statement (attested and verified) with minimum closing an average balance of Rs 500,000/-
Complete traveling Itinerary (with return air ticket)
Hotel reservation/booking
Vaccination card
After the Submission of the visa fee, the Bio Matric process will be done and the above-mentioned documents will be submitted.
In case of first Time Traveler / Fresh Traveler
Following additional documents will be required/demanded/submitted if applicant is traveling first time to China.
Original Invitation Confirmation Letter (called Visa Notice), issued by a Chinese Authorized Government Organization (like local foreign affairs office in China, etc.)
Police Character Certificate (Must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan MOFA)
